Phase 1 – In Progress
We’re looking for tenants, brands and service providers who see the same opportunity we do: to create a high-quality, dependable stop that becomes the natural anchor point on this corridor.
The Isiolo–Meru highway is fast becoming one of East Africa’s most important lifelines—linking tourism hotspots like Samburu and Laikipia, connecting over 30 community conservancies, and facilitating regional and cross-border trade.
However, travellers and logistics fleets using the Isiolo–Meru corridor have limited access to reliable, modern fuel services. Existing stops may lack consistent quality, clean restrooms, secure parking, or a full range of amenities. This creates inefficiencies, safety concerns, and missed commercial opportunities for fuel brands, traders, and local communities alike.
If you are building a brand for the next decade—not just the next quarter—this is an opportunity to stand at the frontier of transformative infrastructure in northern Kenya.
