You can find so many ideas for thank you gifts for your guests that share you wedding and reception with you. You may want to give your guests, place card holder picture frames, or perhaps a cute little novelty favor for whatever theme you’re having, or you can choose from lots more great ideas for your friends and family. For our thank you gifts to our guests, we decided on candle wedding favors, because they’re not only beautiful, but they are practical too. I bought hang tags that I found to be very special to go with the colorful favor boxes for everyones gift.
For each of our reception tables I ordered beautiful wedding candles, just for display. The wedding decorations with the candles and fantastic centerpieces made a great combination for my reception tables. When I was looking for favors, I found candles for other occasions too, like a lovely candle wedding for someone that’s throwing a bridal shower, and candle party favors for graduations, birthdays and more. It’s not just candles that my online store has, but they do have a heck of a selection of wedding and other party supplies and accessories.
I bought a complete five piece wedding set which has a wedding guestbook and matching pen set, flower basket, ring pillow and a very nice wedding garter. We saved a little money by being able to get so many of our accessories in a set like that at such a low cost. That’s another thing I like about where I got our wedding supplies, the prices are so reasonable, and they even had discount candles wedding favors.
Our wedding cake topper was really spectacular and it didn’t cost near as much as we expected a customized cake topper would cost. They made the wedding couple on our cake topper look exactly like us and it was the talk of the reception. All that was required of us was to turn in a couple of head shots of each of us so they would have something to work with. The wedding cake itself was pretty magnificent too, with three tiers of chocolate perfection and gorgeous red and and pink flowers all around it. Right beside our lucsious chocolate perfection was the most gorgeous cake knife serving set I’ve ever seen, and I insisted on buying this lovely calla lily set.
The crystal flutes we got for our friends and family were for them to keep and we ordered special bride and groom flutes for our bridal table. There was no point in keeping them, what would I do with 200 champagne flutes? With our guestbook with all the signatures, our gorgeous picture album, our very unique wedding cake topper and so much more, we really didn’t need much else for keepsakes. One of the items in our five piece wedding set was the claret colored wedding guestbook with guest sign in pages, a place to list the gifts we received and a special spot for those little momentos. The guest book comes in handy for making out your thank you cards, and it’s nice to have a record of everyone that shared that day with you. You want to be able to mention the gift they gave you when writing out your thank you cards, it’s much more personal that way.
Some of our friends and family complimented me on my choice of unique candle wedding favors as their thank you gifts, and told me how much they liked them. So, I guess I made the right choice. We were told, by our guests, as we departed for our honeymoon, that it was a fantastic wedding and reception and they all hoped for the best for us. This was truly one of the most unforgettable days in my life.
